Eligibility Criteria:
- The hackathon is open to anyone interested in web development, regardless of their experience level or institution.
- Whether you are a beginner, an experienced developer, or simply passionate about building websites, this hackathon gives you an opportunity to test your skills in a real-world, time-bound environment.
- Technologies Allowed
- Participants are free to choose the technologies and frameworks they are comfortable with.
Frontend:
- React
- Next.js
- Vue
- Nuxt
- Angular
- SolidJS
- Vanilla JavaScript
Backend:
- Participants may use any suitable backend technology, including:
- Node.js / Express
- Python
- Java
- PHP
- Other commonly used backend technologies
Database:
- Participants may use any suitable database technology, such as:
- MongoDB
- MySQL
- PostgreSQL
- Firebase
- Other appropriate database solutions
Styling & UI:
- Tailwind CSS
- Bootstrap
- Custom CSS
- Other styling frameworks
- 3D frameworks such as Three.js are also permitted.
Round 1: The Qualifying Round (Frontend) — Online:
- Date: 12th September 2026
- Duration: 24 Hours
- Submission Deadline: 13th September 2026
- Mode: Online
Description:
- Participants will receive a problem statement along with the required resources and guidelines.
- The objective of Round 1 is to design and develop a complete, functional website within 24 hours.
- Participants will be expected to work on both the frontend and backend, implementing the required features and functionality described in the problem statement.
- The final submission should be a complete working website with the required features properly implemented.
- The judging criteria, feature requirements, marks distribution, and submission guidelines will be provided along with the problem statement.
- Only the top-performing participants/teams will qualify for Round 2.
Round 2: The Finale — Offline:
- The qualifiers from Round 1 will advance to Round 2, which will be conducted offline.
- The problem statement, schedule, duration, requirements, and detailed guidelines for Round 2 will be shared with the qualified participants after the completion of Round 1.
- Participants should be prepared for a challenging and exciting finale that will push their creativity, technical skills, and ability to build under pressure.
Bonus: The Bounty Segment:
- A surprise Bounty Segment will be introduced during the Finale to add an extra layer of challenge to the competition.
