Opportunity brief
Greetings from the Operations and Supply Chain Management Club of IIM Kashipur. Osmosis is a PAN-India quiz competition that is conducted by OSM Club IIM Kashipur every year. The event will consist of 2 rounds, with the difficulty and excitement level increasing with subsequent rounds. Each of the rounds will have a good blend of questions related to Operations and Supply Chain and recent business trends in the Operations domain.
Rules:
- Only students currently pursuing MBA, BBA, M.Tech or B.Tech programs are eligible to participate.
- Participants may be from any year or specialization.
- Entries from ineligible students will be disqualified.
- Individual Participation
Round 1: Elimination Round:
- This is the qualifying round open to all registered participants.
- Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Number of Questions: 20
- Time Limit: 20 minutes
- Duration per Question: 1 minute
- In case of a tie, participants with the fastest completion time will be given preference.
Round 2: Final & Decisive Round:
- This is the final round featuring qualifiers from Round 1
- Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Number of Questions: 20
- Time Limit: 20 minutes
- Duration per Question: 1 minute
- This round will determine the winners and final rankings.
- In case of a tie, participants with the fastest completion time will be given preference.
General Guidelines:
- Each participant must ensure a stable internet connection during the quiz.
- The quiz must be attempted individually without external help or use of unfair means.
- Any form of malpractice or multiple entries will lead to immediate disqualification.
- The decisions made by the organizing committee will be final and binding in all matters.
