Opportunity brief
The E-Consultant in a national consulting case competition brought to you by IPM Entrepreneurship and Industry Connect Cell, Appl-i: IPM Consulting Club and 180 Degrees Consulting IIM Indore, in collaboration with Skilled Sapiens as our knowledge partner.
The competition expects you to break down real-world problems and come up with innovative, structured and feasible solutions to the assigned case problem. It's time to put on the consultant hat and use the right frameworks to bring impact through your recommendations.
Competition Structure:
Round 1 - Online Quiz Round:
- It will test participants on business fundamentals, case-based reasoning, analytics and general aptitude.
- Based on quiz performance, teams will be shortlisted for the next round.
Round 2 - Case PPT Submission:
- Shortlisted teams must submit a three-slider case solution deck (excluding cover page and appendix).
- The deck should clearly outline: Problem Understanding, Structured Analysis, Key Insights and Assumptions, Final Recommendations and Implementation Roadmap.
Round 3 - Final Round (Online):
- Selected teams will present their case solutions virtually to an esteemed panel of judges.
- Each team will be allotted a fixed presentation and Q&A time (to be communicated).
- Shortlisted teams will be given an opportunity to refine their deck upto 5 slides (excluding cover page and appendix)
