Opportunity brief

Synergia, the Human Resource Management Club at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi, was formed with the aim of providing greater exposure to the students in the domain of HR and serving as a platform for all HR enthusiasts to come forward and exchange their ideas relating to the latest trends of HR, to explore the vast ocean of HR knowledge and to sustain and preserve the ideals of Human resource management. It aims to impart holistic and field-based knowledge through the many activities it conducts year-round.

  • Every year the student body at IIFT organizes Trade Winds: International Business Conclave to gain insights from pre-eminent business leaders from diverse industries so as to polish our business outlook.
