About WIM:
Women in Management (WIM) is a community-driven initiative to start a positive dialogue around women, the workplace, and leadership. The primary aim is to create, nurture & celebrate women leaders in business. WIM is led by MBA students from IIFT Delhi.
As a gender-inclusive premier institute, we believe in promoting equity and enabling women to achieve their fullest potential. WIM undertakes various activities and initiatives via both traditional and digital modes to encourage gender equality, expand horizons, and facilitate success in the industry.
About Trade Winds 2026:
Every year, the student body at IIFT organizes Trade Winds: International Business Conclave to gain insights from pre-eminent business leaders from diverse industries to sharpen our global business outlook.
The theme for Trade Winds 2026 is "Reglobalization: Navigating Trade in a Changing World"
Under its aegis, WIM is hosting the third edition of Nazariya, a national-level article writing competition, as part of the WIM Summit. This platform allows students to examine the changing landscape of global trade through a gendered lens. As supply chains are reconfigured, markets realign and businesses navigate a new era of globalisation, the competition asks participants to look beyond the movement of goods and capital and question who moves, who leads and who pays.
The sub-theme for this year's Summit is:
"The Supply Chain Has a Gender: Who Moves, Who Leads and Who Pays in an Era of Reglobalization?"
