This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services industry, specifically within customer engagement and the stock market. Responsibilities Follow up with webinar attendees through phone calls to ensure engagement and address initial queries. Assist customers throughout their onboarding journey, guiding them through necessary steps and documentation. Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide timely, accurate support to ensure a smooth experience. Ensure a seamless and successful onboarding process for all new customers. Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups. Coordinate effectively with internal teams to facilitate a streamlined customer onboarding experience. Requirements Graduate or final-year student, with a preference for backgrounds in B.Com, Finance, MBA Finance, or other related financial fields. Mandatory good knowledge of the stock market. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers. Comfortable and confident in interacting with customers over phone calls. Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets. A customer-focused mindset, proactive in identifying needs, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
