Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain robust talent pipelines. Gain real-time exposure to agency hiring workflows. Requirements: We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for an HR Recruiter Intern position. This role is ideal for freshers with no prior experience in recruitment, offering a comprehensive training period. Candidates with prior recruitment or agency experience are also encouraged to apply, with an adjusted stipend based on their background. The internship emphasizes understanding the intricacies of talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, and strategic communication in hiring. This is an in-office, full-time role based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, for a duration of 3 months.
