Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through field sales
- Drive Gold Loan sales and customer acquisition
- Build strong customer relationships
- Handle KYC, loan documentation & gold evaluation
- Ensure compliance and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Gold Loan Sales/NBFC/Financial Services
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Bike & Driving License Mandatory
- Local language proficiency preferred
