Key Duties:
- Inbound: Handle calls, walk-ins, and WhatsApp/email enquiries. Conduct product demos.
- Outbound: Make cold calls, visit CA firms and SMEs to generate leads, and close sales.
- Meet monthly sales targets for licenses, upgrades, and renewals.
- Coordinate installation, training, and basic support.
Requirements:
- Graduate with basic accounting and Tally knowledge
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
- B.Com or any graduate can apply
- Skills: Tally knowledge and MS Office
