Roles and Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Clearly and effectively communicate product/service information and value propositions.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and professional messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Identify and escalate opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings to provide accurate information.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to service and product improvement.
Requirements:
- Bcom or any Graduate - Freshers also can apply
- Ms Office Knowledge, Tally , English speaking skills
