Research Analyst Intern (AI Evaluation): Location: Remote (India) Type: Internship, full time hours, short term About The Role: We produce high quality evaluation data used to test and improve advanced AI systems. As a Research Analyst Intern, you will locate hard to find but verifiable facts on the public web and turn them into original research questions that have exactly one provable answer. The work is closer to setting quiz finals questions or professional fact checking than to any conventional internship. It is detailed, independent, and standards driven. This is not content writing, SEO, copywriting, translation, data entry, or annotation. There are no articles, blogs, or keywords. Eligibility (Read Before Applying): You must hold, or currently be pursuing, a bachelor's degree from an institution ranked in the top 100 of the NIRF 2025 India Rankings (Engineering): https://www.nirfindia.org/Rankings/2025/EngineeringRanking.html If your institution is not in that top 100 list, you are not eligible for this opportunity and your application will not be considered. Please do not apply. Any discipline is accepted. The requirement is the institution, not your field of study. What You Will Do: Research obscure but verifiable facts across public web sources. Write original, multi step research questions with a single correct, provable answer. Verify every claim against multiple independent, publicly accessible sources before submitting. Document your research path clearly enough for a reviewer to retrace it. Work to defined quality checklists, completing each task in full before starting the next. Requirements: Excellent written English. You notice when a sentence has two possible readings, and you fix it. Demonstrated research ability. Competitive quizzing, olympiads, competitive programming, fact checking, editorial work, or academic research all count. Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, process driven working style. Full time availability on weekdays for the duration of the internship. Your own laptop and a reliable high speed internet connection. Originality Policy: All submitted work must be original and written by you. Use of AI writing tools to draft or edit questions, answers, or documentation is prohibited, as is copying questions from trivia sites or question banks. Submissions are screened for AI generated text and plagiarism, and any breach ends the engagement. Selection Process: Application, including a short timed skills assessment. Confidentiality agreement, followed by a sample task. Structured interview. Onboarding. Selection is based on demonstrated capability in the assessment, not on your resume.
