HiGen Labs is hiring for Calling & Outreach Executive (College Relations) About the Company HiGen Labs is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our outreach team. We focus on building strong partnerships with colleges across India to promote our Industrial Training, Internship, and Campus Collaboration programs. Responsibilities Contact Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and college authorities via phone. Introduce HiGenLabs' Industrial Training and Internship programs. Schedule meetings with interested colleges. Maintain follow-up records and update the CRM. Build long-term relationships with educational institutions. Achieve assigned outreach targets. Requirements Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident in making outbound calls. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and email. Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
