About the Company Greenmile Energies (Greenmile Solar Division) is a critical player in the renewable energy sector, focusing on residential and commercial solar solutions. We are dedicated to ensuring our clients receive their approvals and subsidies promptly for their solar installations, ranging from PM Surya Ghar residential projects to large-scale 100 kW+ industrial setups. Responsibilities Manage client applications on the National Portal for Rooftop Solar and regional DISCOM portals. Ensure absolute accuracy in customer documentation, verifying that names on Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, bank passbooks, and electricity bills match perfectly to prevent Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) subsidy rejections. Organize and upload mandatory technical drawings to DISCOM portals, including Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Earthing & Lightning Protection Diagrams, and Structural Load Certificates. Track application statuses from initial feasibility approval to final net meter commissioning. Requirements Highly detail-oriented with strong computer literacy and data entry skills. Basic understanding of solar energy systems or electrical terminology is a plus. Ability to strictly follow compliance checklists and manage sensitive client data securely.
