About the role
Overview:
Embark on a strategic journey through the world of operations, analytics and business strategy with Resilience Rewired, presented by OPUS, The Operations Club in collaboration with Grant Thornton, as part of CREST 2026.
Built around the theme Beyond Antifragile, this four-round management competition challenges participants to understand how businesses respond to disruption, make decisions under uncertainty and emerge stronger from unexpected challenges. Resilience is the ability to recover from a shock, while antifragility is the ability to gain from it. Resilience Rewired takes this a step further by asking teams to rethink and reshape the way a business operates so that the next disruption has a lesser impact.
Participants will begin with an online quiz and a business case, then move on to a live business simulation and a final presentation before a jury. Think like a consultant, solve like a strategist and compete like a champion.
- College Requirement: Team members must belong to the same college or institute.
- Batch Requirement: Team members must be from the same academic batch.
