Responsibilities
- Call candidates and explain delivery job opportunities
- Source and recruit delivery boys through calling and WhatsApp
- Screen interested candidates and verify basic details
- Share joining process, required documents, and company information
- Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding
- Maintain daily calling and recruitment records
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for joining updates
- Handle candidate queries professionally
- Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets
- Build a strong database of delivery partner candidates
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic English and Hindi speaking ability
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple candidates daily
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
This is a full-time remote opportunity with compensation of ₹2,40,000 per annum. The role offers the chance to contribute directly to hiring operations in a dynamic Business Consulting and Services environment.
