About the Company:
GDS Marketing is seeking driven professionals to strengthen its recruitment operations and support the organization's hiring growth. This remote opportunity is suited to graduates who are interested in connecting businesses with dependable blue-collar talent and building efficient candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify suitable blue-collar candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen applicants against role requirements, conduct initial conversations, and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate updates promptly, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand vacancies, share recruitment progress, and help close positions within agreed timelines.
- Maintain a consistent, professional candidate experience while meeting daily and weekly recruitment goals.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, telecalling, sales, or a related area.
- Strong communication, follow-up, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using online communication tools and maintaining recruitment information digitally.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
Compensation: ₹2,40,000 per annum. This is a full-time remote role with one opening.
