Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract blue-collar talent.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, community outreach, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
