About the Role: We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer Intern with an interest in cloud computing, automation, and infrastructure. The selected intern will work with the engineering team on application deployments, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and day-to-day DevOps activities. Responsibilities of the Intern: Work with Linux-based systems and perform basic troubleshooting. Use Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration. Write basic Bash/Shell scripts to automate repetitive tasks. Build and run containerized applications using Docker. Assist with CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployments. Gain hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Understand cloud networking, IAM, and security concepts. Troubleshoot deployment, application, and infrastructure issues. Maintain technical documentation and follow DevOps best practices. Requirements: Basic understanding of Linux. Hands-on knowledge of Git and GitHub. Basic Bash/Shell scripting skills. Understanding of Docker and containerization. Basic knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of CI/CD concepts. Basic networking knowledge, including HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, ports, IP, and SSH. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong interest in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation. Good to Have: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions. Basic knowledge of Terraform. Exposure to Kubernetes. Basic Python scripting. Personal DevOps or cloud projects, or a GitHub portfolio. AWS, Azure, GCP, or DevOps certification. Ideal Candidate: A candidate with strong fundamentals and hands-on project or lab experience who is curious about application deployment and infrastructure management, and is eager to learn and grow as a DevOps Engineer.
