Key Responsibilities Assist in production and manufacturing operations. Operate production machines under the guidance of supervisors. Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures. Perform assembly, inspection, packing, and material handling. Maintain 5S and good housekeeping practices. Achieve daily production targets. Report machine or quality issues to the supervisor. Required Skills Basic technical knowledge. Willingness to learn and adapt. Good teamwork and discipline. Ability to work in rotational shifts. Experience Freshers are encouraged to apply. Work Location Oragadam, Chennai. Work Schedule Shift Pattern: Rotational (A, B & C Shifts). Compensation & Benefits Monthly Stipend: ₹20,000. Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month.
