Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive stakeholders. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Requirements: A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences. Proficiency in visual design, wireframing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced project timelines. A keen eye for aesthetics and detail. No prior experience required, freshers are welcome to apply.
