EXL is hiring for the role of Quality Analyst - Senior Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Actively participate in client visits to showcase business case studies and ensure the smooth setup and functioning of Quality Assurance (QA) processes in line with business, internal, and certification requirements.
- Gather client requirements during due diligence and develop appropriate QA plans.
- Support migration teams during the implementation of new client processes.
- Ensure consistent delivery and execution of QA programs.
- Interact extensively with clients to understand, capture, and document requirements.
- Assist in establishing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), benchmarking processes, baselining performance, and setting performance targets.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support for continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Higher Education Diploma with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
