About the Role:
EWB Courses Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Developer Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and industry-oriented training in Java Full Stack Development, mentoring students, conducting technical sessions, and helping learners develop job-ready technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on Java Full Stack Development.
- Teach Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Java 8+ features, and advanced Java concepts.
- Train students on Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and REST APIs.
- Provide training in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js/Angular.
- Teach database concepts, SQL, and MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Guide students in developing real-world full-stack projects.
- Conduct coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and technical evaluations.
- Mentor students and resolve their technical doubts.
- Explain software development concepts using practical examples and projects.
- Keep training content aligned with current industry requirements.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in improving their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the academic/operations team to plan and deliver training programs.
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience: 0–2 Years
- Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOP concepts.
- Good hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with React.js or Angular.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Maven/Gradle.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and debugging.
- Understanding of API testing tools such as Postman is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is an added advantage.
Trainer Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong mentoring and student-handling skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive classroom and practical sessions.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Passion for teaching and developing technical talent.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications or industry experience will be an advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Java Full Stack Development, software development, training, or a combination of both.
- Candidates with strong industry projects and good technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
