Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Pitching: Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective driver leads. Effectively communicate and pitch the core benefits, earning potential, and features of our application to drive interest. End-to-End Onboarding: Seamlessly guide drivers through the complete registration and application installation process entirely over the phone. Document Verification: Assist drivers in submitting required documentation. Review and verify critical credentials—including Driver's Licenses (DL), Aadhaar, and PAN cards—to ensure compliance and successful account activation. Feedback Collection & Support: Actively gather feedback from drivers regarding their onboarding experience and application usability, reporting insights back to the product team to help improve our processes.
