Awkash is hiring for Content & Creative Intern About the Company Awkash is a fintech platform focused on making savings simpler and more accessible for Bharat. Responsibilities Plan and create short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. Shoot videos independently and execute content based on concepts and creative direction provided by the team. Create AI avatar videos for brand storytelling, educational content, and promotional campaigns. Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, and story concepts. Edit Reels and short-form videos with cuts, subtitles, transitions, basic motion graphics, sound effects, and visual elements. Design social media carousels, posters, thumbnails, and other creatives. Convert financial and everyday money topics into simple, interesting, easy-to-understand content. Research social media trends, formats, hooks, and content styles that can be adapted for the Fintech hub audience. Write LinkedIn posts, short articles, and blog content when required. Experiment with AI tools to improve content creation, ideation, design, video production, and storytelling. Requirements We are looking for a Content & Creative Intern who enjoys turning ideas into engaging social media content. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes creating, experimenting, shooting, editing, designing, and storytelling rather than working only on content planning. You should have some prior content creation experience and be comfortable learning quickly. Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or AI video tools is an advantage. We value a strong portfolio over formal qualifications.
