You ensure that recurring tasks are automated and support the organization in using technology more effectively.
Your tasks
- Managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and the IT infrastructure.
- Managing networks, servers, and cloud environments.
- Ensuring availability, security, and business continuity.
- Designing and implementing automations using PowerShell, Power Automate, and similar tools.
- Researching and implementing AI solutions that make internal processes more efficient.
- Reducing manual work through self-service and automation.
- Optimizing IT processes based on data and analytics.
- Maintaining documentation and knowledge bases so that end users can help themselves.
- Advising on new technologies and innovations.
- Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
