This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to brand building, content strategy, and growth experimentation in an early-stage environment. You will work directly with the founder and core team on content creation, community building, and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Social Media: Plan and execute content for LinkedIn and Instagram Create engaging posts (carousels, short-form content, captions) Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva Maintain a content calendar Track engagement metrics and optimize performance Growth & Marketing Assist in growth experiments (organic + performance) Support lead generation and outbound campaigns Help build partnerships and community collaborations Research competitors and industry trends Analyze metrics and suggest improvements What We're Looking For Strong writing and communication skills Understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram growth Creative mindset + analytical thinking Self-driven and comfortable working remotely Interest in startups, growth, and brand building Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Google Sheets
