Responsibilities: Perform manual testing of web applications, portals, and new product features. Execute functional, regression, smoke, usability, and exploratory testing. Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps. Verify bug fixes and conduct re-testing before product releases. Prepare and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and testing documentation. Ensure applications function consistently across different browsers and devices. Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently. Assist in validating new feature releases before deployment. Participate in sprint reviews, product discussions, and QA meetings. Contribute ideas to improve software quality and testing processes. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of SDLC and STLC. Knowledge of manual testing concepts and software defect reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
