Your responsibilities may include:
- Understanding hiring requirements and preparing candidate requirements
- Finding and sourcing relevant candidates through different channels
- Screening applications and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Communicating with candidates through calls, messages, and emails
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinating the joining and onboarding process for selected candidates
- Helping prepare onboarding documents and information
- Maintaining basic employee and HR records
- Assisting with internal HR coordination and employee communication
- Supporting the team with other people-related tasks as required
- Helping improve and organise the overall recruitment and onboarding process

Who We're Looking For
We are primarily looking for college students who want to explore HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
You'd be a good fit if you:
- Are currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Have a genuine interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Are comfortable communicating with new people
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Are organised and capable of managing multiple candidates/follow-ups
- Are proactive and don't need to be reminded about every task
- Can maintain professionalism while interacting with candidates
- Are comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Are willing to learn and take ownership of assigned work
- Have a good understanding of basic tools such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email, and messaging platforms

- Cannot commit to the full 2-month internship period
This is an unpaid, part-time learning opportunity intended primarily for college students who want genuine hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR.
