You could be a great fit if you:
- Are currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field—or are simply genuinely passionate about design
- Have a strong interest in graphic design and visual communication
- Enjoy creating things and experimenting with different approaches

- Have a good eye for composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance
- Can work independently once the objective is clear
- Are comfortable working on different types of design requirements

- Can maintain consistency and discipline in your work
We Especially Welcome People Who...
Love to experiment.
If your reaction to "We've never tried this before" is "Let's try it," rather than "That's not how we were taught"—you'll probably fit in well here.
We value people who:
- Create beyond their comfort zone
- Test rather than assume
- Explore rather than copy
- Question whether something can be done better
- Are willing to try unconventional approaches
- Learn by doing
- Are comfortable with multiple iterations
- Don't rely only on bookish or textbook knowledge
- Take initiative instead of waiting for instructions for everything
- Are genuinely excited about making things
You don't need to know everything. You do need to be willing to figure things out.
