Monitor social media channels for audience engagement and ensure timely responses to community interactions. Analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and areas for content improvement. Conduct research on industry-related topics and competitor activities to keep our strategies current and competitive. Draft and proofread copy for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice. Assist in the documentation of campaign results and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
