Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, and other brand communication requirements.
Develop creative concepts and visual assets in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Design static creatives, digital banners, social media posts, and other marketing collaterals.
Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Ensure consistency in visual identity, typography, layouts, and overall design quality.
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creatives within defined timelines.
Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and best practices across digital platforms.

Requirements

Experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of InDesign and other design tools is an added advantage.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual storytelling, and design execution.
Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
A good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and grow creatively.
