TinkerCase 4.0: IEEE DTU's Hardware Showcase & Core Electronics Event
Guidelines:
- Team size: 1-4 members
- Each team must bring their own laptops
- Hardware models must be fully assembled before the competition; no extra assembly time will be given
- Every participant must carry valid ID proof
- Every team should bring their own extension cords if they feel a need to use it.
- The decisions of the organizers shall be final

Round 1 – Idea Submission (Online, via Unstop)
Participants will submit their project idea through Unstop as a PowerPoint presentation (maximum of 4 slides), covering:
- Introduction: Project title, team name, and a brief summary
- Technical Explanation: Key technologies and methodology used
- Real-Life Application: Practical use, impact, and scalability
- Conclusion (Optional): Summary and next steps
Selected teams will be shortlisted to report to DTU for an offline hardware showcase with their projects.
Submission Deadline: TBD
Round 2 – Hardware Showcase (On-Campus)
- Participants must bring their hardware models fully assembled; no additional assembly time will be provided at the venue.
- Each team will pitch their idea to the judges alongside a live demonstration of their hardware project.
- Time: 5 minutes per team for presentation in front of the judges.
Date: 16th October
Venue: DTU Main Campus
