Responsibilities: Execute offline marketing strategies, primarily focusing on BTL (Below The Line) activations in tech parks and societies. Manage and secure necessary approvals from tech parks and apartment complexes for promotional activities. Engage in stakeholder management to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns. Drive and coordinate promotional activities, especially over weekends, to maximize reach and engagement. Contribute to the overall marketing efforts and assist in various marketing initiatives as needed. Requirements: Strong interest in marketing and a desire to gain hands-on experience in offline activations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and organized, with a keen eye for detail. Flexibility to work on weekends for promotional activities. Prior experience in marketing or event management is a plus, but not mandatory.
