About the Company
Cyberbizz Technologies is seeking a motivated Telecaller to support customer communication and business outreach activities from its Kichha, Uttarakhand office. The role offers an opportunity to build strong communication, customer handling, and lead engagement skills in a professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using the information provided by the company.
- Explain products, services, offers, or relevant information clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, respond to basic queries, and share accurate information.
- Maintain call records, update lead details, and provide regular status reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow up with interested customers and coordinate internally to support timely resolution of requests.
- Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and customer engagement goals while maintaining a courteous approach.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English or other regional languages is beneficial.
- Comfort with speaking to customers over the phone and handling routine questions patiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain simple records.
- Good listening skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant telecalling or customer support experience may apply.
- This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Kichha, Uttarakhand, with a monthly salary of ₹20,000.
