Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate information clearly in fluent English.
- Follow up with leads, respond to basic queries, and support the conversion process.
- Maintain accurate lead records and share updates with the sales team.
- Work consistently toward daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle every customer interaction professionally and provide a positive experience.
Requirements
