Responsibilities of the Candidate:

Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team for sales order creation and finalization of finished goods (FG) details in line with the project scope.
Collaborate with the Engineering team to obtain and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for procurement based on project requirements.
Create and release Oracle part numbers for finished goods (FG) and child components required for procurement.
Prepare and release BOMs in Oracle for each finished goods item within the project scope.
Execute finished goods (FG) conversion through Oracle move order processing.
Review inventory consumption and invoice profitability before approving commercial invoices for customer payment requests.
Prepare monthly finance reports and ensure compliance with organizational reporting requirements.
Coordinate with sourcing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure efficient project execution and seamless operational support.

Requirements:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Minimal or no work experience required.
