About the Company: Cold Brew Tech Private Limited (FRND) is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Business Development Interns. We are dedicated to delivering a great user experience by interacting with people and solving problems effectively. Responsibilities: Assist users through voice-based interactions, ensuring clear and helpful communication. Resolve user queries and provide timely support, aiming for first-contact resolution. Follow up with users to ensure a positive experience and gather feedback. Gather user feedback and share insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. Help improve user engagement and satisfaction by identifying and implementing best practices. Maintain accurate records of user interactions and update our CRM system. Requirements: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Kannada, or Marathi) are essential. Excellent verbal communication skills and an empathetic, customer-first mindset. Comfortable speaking with users over calls and capable of handling various queries. Multilingual candidates preferred. This is a work-from-home position exclusively for female candidates. The internship duration is 3-4 months.
