Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing both campus and lateral hiring, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with business stakeholders to meet hiring goals. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for campus and lateral hiring. Drive hiring for technical and non-technical roles across the organization. Plan and execute campus recruitment initiatives with engineering colleges, universities, and premier institutes. Coordinate placement drives, pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking. Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate technical interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent within timelines. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports. Support employer branding initiatives and campus engagement activities. Required Skills 4–6 years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to both campus and lateral hiring. Experience hiring for Cloud, Data, AI, DevOps, Software Development, or related technology roles. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment operations. Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and hiring processes. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
