Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Work from Office Job Summary We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 1–4 years of experience in building modern web applications using JavaScript technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications. Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js. Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL databases. Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices. Participate in code reviews, debugging, and technical discussions. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and development teams to deliver business requirements. Continuously learn emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality. Required Skills Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+). Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Experience working with PostgreSQL or other relational databases. Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development. Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs. Proficiency with Git and version control systems. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with TypeScript and Next.js. Knowledge of ORM frameworks Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with React Native or mobile application development. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Claude Code. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. 1–4 years of professional experience in Full Stack JavaScript development. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), object-oriented programming, and web application architecture. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across multiple technology stacks. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
