Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML & Generative AI Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in classical ML, deep learning, and practical exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy ML and deep learning models for production environments Build and fine-tune LLM-based applications using platforms such as OpenAI GPT-4 , Claude , or open-source models (e.g., LLaMA ) Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines Work with vector databases such as Pinecone , Weaviate , or FAISS Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation Deploy models using cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services , Google Cloud , or Microsoft Azure Build APIs using Python frameworks (FastAPI/Flask) Implement CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices Collaborate with product, data engineering, and DevOps teams Required Skills 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development Strong programming skills in Python Experience with ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings Experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, etc.) Strong understanding of statistics and machine learning algorithms Good to Have Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex Knowledge of reinforcement learning Experience with model quantization or optimization Exposure to Responsible AI and AI governance Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field Relevant AI/ML certifications preferred
