Burns & McDonnell is hiring for the role of Junior Assistant - Civil (A&F- CSA) - 2027 Batch Campus Recruitment!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- You'll be joining the ranks of our GFS team, a well-established group providing services to Global Facilities (GFS) and Aviation & Federal (A&F) Global Practices since 2017. - You'll report to department & functional managers, and your focus to work on diverse projects spanning industries such as Food & Consumer Products, Mission Critical, Architectural & Commercial, Onsite Energy,Manufacturing, Commercial Fueling, and Aviation. - And these projects aren't limited to a local scale; they are positioned globally, reflecting our worldwide impact. - You'll be a part of our vibrant GFS Global Practice, a thriving collective of professionals with expertise in Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Structural, and Project Engineering disciplines. - Work with Senior Engineers and other team members to execute project deliverables and develop your career via peer learning - Coordinate with other disciplines, client(s) and other stake holder(s) to develop a clash free system design - Responsible to manage the assigned scope within agreed schedule and budget - Responsible for analysis and design of buildings, foundation and ancillary structures. - Working Out bill of materials and material take off. - Use of tools like RISA-3D, Risa Foundation, RAM connection, RISA connection, ETABS Etc.
Requirements:
- BTech degree in Civil engineering, from a recognized institution - Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination without any active backlog from a reputed university/institute in India - Candidates should be passing out as part of the 2027 batch only - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good Communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to self-check and produce accurate work - Willing to advance in career by taking increased responsibilities on projects and organization -
Knowledge of the software will be an added advantage:
- Microsoft Office Tools – MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote - Knowledge of STAAD, Civil 3D added advantage
