Roles: Create daily social media posts, reels, and captions across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Telegram, and Discord for a placement prep platform (BuildUForward) serving Indian engineering students Design launch/feature announcement posters and edit short-form video content aligned with the brand Responsibility: Submit content drafts (posts, reels, captions) to the Social Media Lead for review before anything goes live, incorporating feedback across short revision cycles Stay on top of social media trends relevant to student and placement-prep audiences, and track basic engagement metrics to inform future content Manage a content calendar and meet daily posting deadlines across multiple platforms Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging content for student audiences Strong grasp of major social media platforms and current trends Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar content creation tools Genuine interest in technology and the placement/campus recruitment space Basic tech/coding familiarity (React, SQL, etc.) is a plus, not mandatory Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, communications, marketing, or a related field (preferred) High initiative, openness to feedback, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
