About the Company: Brightridge Partners is a UK and India-based business group helping companies grow through international recruitment, offshore employment services, website development, and digital growth solutions. We are recruiting Business Development Interns to support one of the following divisions: Bright EOR – Helping UK businesses hire and manage talented remote professionals based in India. Bright Labs – Helping UK small businesses improve their websites, online visibility, and lead generation. This is a practical, target-driven internship offering direct experience working with a UK company and its founders. Interns will gain exposure to international business development, communicate with UK business owners and decision-makers, and support the growth of one of our core business divisions. You will receive training, outreach scripts, prospecting guidance, and access to our CRM. High-performing interns may be offered an extended internship or a longer-term paid opportunity. Responsibilities of the Intern: Contact prospects through phone calls and emails. Introduce Brightridge services clearly and professionally. Follow up with interested prospects. Book qualified meetings for the senior sales team. Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM. Provide regular updates on outreach activity, responses, and progress. Attend training, coaching, and review sessions. Work towards agreed weekly activity and meeting targets. Requirements: Strong spoken and written English. Confidence communicating with business owners and decision-makers. Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and telephone outreach. Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and improve. Interest in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship.
