We're looking for an empathetic, responsible, and proactive Operations & User Experience Intern to help support our users, guide new users during onboarding, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the Bragright Technologies App. This role focuses on user onboarding, user support, basic tele-calling, and maintaining strong trust and comfort during interactions. Responsibilities User Support & Relationship Management: Assist users in understanding how the app works and help troubleshoot issues. Respond to user queries via chat, email, or calls in a friendly and supportive manner. Maintain high levels of user satisfaction by providing timely, empathetic assistance. Build trust with users by ensuring clear and respectful communication. Document key issues, common questions, and user insights for internal teams. User Onboarding & Basic Telecalling: Make outbound calls to walk new users through onboarding steps, if required. Explain important app features and usage guidelines in simple language. Follow up with users who need assistance completing onboarding. Maintain basic notes on user interactions. Keep users informed about new updates, features, or important announcements. Trust & User Well-being: Ensure users understand platform rules and community standards. Flag cases of user discomfort or direct violations. Support users who may need clarity on safety, privacy, or platform policies. Requirements Languages: Fluency in one or more regional languages: Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Telugu. Fluency in English (read, write, speak). Skills & Experience: Prior experience in support, operations, tele-calling, or customer-facing roles is a plus. Strong communication skills with a friendly and patient approach. Ability to handle complaints calmly and professionally. Basic ability to use CRM tools, Excel, or common workplace software. Good judgment and attention to detail. Comfortable speaking on calls when required. Other Requirements: BYOD: Must have a personal laptop. Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
