BNP Paribas is hiring for the role of ITG IT OPC Controls Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Perform periodic IT control assessments across in-scope software, infrastructure, and IT service management process areas. - Identify non-compliance issues, assign corrective action plans, and track remediation through to closure. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational and process non-compliances at project and application domain levels. - Liaise with local and global IT control, audit, and compliance teams to ensure timely control certifications and escalation of identified risk issues. - Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to contribute to scope dashboards and management reporting. - Manage the historical incident tracking process, evaluating impacts, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative controls. - Support and maintain the Operational Permanent Control (OPC IT) framework and IT Service Management governance procedures.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT Risk & Controls frameworks, IT Audit standards, IT Infrastructure, and IT Service Management (ITSM). - Certifications & Regulations: ISO 27001 certification and understanding of key banking technology regulations are preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and root-cause analysis capabilities. - Excellent written and oral communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
