BNP Paribas is hiring for the role of Associate- Alt Asset!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Populate data in the Valuation template (asset level only) for the assets in scope and generate related csv file
  • Load the csv file into RAP transfer and ensure successful integration
  • Consult and correct any blocking errors and warnings
  • Load PDF reports of asset valuations if required
  • Maintain a follow up file to monitor all assets in scope have been tackled based on the valuation frequency
  • Contact FMCG contacts to get data to be populated in the template in due date
  • Populate data in PAP template for the assets in scope and generate related csv file
  • Load the csv file into RAP transfer and ensure successful integration until Yardi
  • Correct blocking errors and warnings
  • Maintain a follow up file to monitor all assets in scope have been tackled
  • Contact FMCG contacts to get data to be populated in the template in due date
  • Transfer result from previous year In Yardi
  • Check data are populated in Yardi and correspond to the original data
  • Reverse journals in Yardi if needed
  • Contribute to the mapping of the accounting data between the Local system and Yardi and maintain record keeping throughout this process.
  • Populate data in "PRP 1" template for the assets in scope and generate related csv file
  • Load the csv file into RAP transfer and ensure successful integration
  • Correct blocking errors and warnings
  • Maintain a follow up file to monitor all assets in scope have been tackled
  • Contact Asset Controlling contacts to get data to be populated in the template in due date
  • Prepare and provide weekly mails with loads status updates

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline is preferable.
  • strong organizational competencies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good listening skills
  • A previous experience in a similar role would be greatly beneficial
  • Excellent computer skills with various software packages including Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Very rigorous, with strong organizational competencies

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good listening skills
  • Determined to facilitate situations in order to achieve results
  • A previous experience in a similar role including team management would be greatly beneficial
  • Strong organisational and attention-to-detail orientation; capable of managing competing deadlines
  • Excellent computer skills with various software packages including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills in English
