About Beat Guilt:
Beat Guilt is a better-for-you snacking brand from Inonaround Infinite, built for aspirational Indians who want taste and function in the same pack. This is a part-time, remote role for someone who wants real ownership of a brand's voice online rather than a queue of tasks.
What You Will Do:
- Plan and schedule organic social across Instagram and our other channels.
- Write captions and short-form scripts that sound like a person, not a press release.
- Handle community. Reply to comments and DMs in the brand voice.
- Track reach, saves, and follower growth, and send a short weekly summary.
What We Are Looking For:
- You actually use social media and can tell good content from filler.
- Clear, natural writing in English. Hindi is a plus.
- Basic comfort with Canva or any editing tool.
- Students and early-career professionals are both welcome.
