About the Company: Bake Wish Pvt Ltd (Bakingo) is a leading brand in the baking and confectionery industry, known for its delightful range of cakes, pastries, and desserts. With a strong presence and a commitment to quality, we are expanding our creative team to enhance our digital footprint and engage a wider audience through captivating video content. Responsibilities: Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. Trim, cut, and arrange raw footage into engaging videos. Add music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics. Perform basic color correction and audio balancing. Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across videos. Deliver edits within assigned timelines. Coordinate with the creative and marketing team for revisions. Requirements: Basic knowledge of Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro. Understanding of video editing fundamentals (cuts, pacing, transitions, storytelling). Ability to edit social media content independently. Basic knowledge of typography, subtitles, and audio syncing. Familiarity with Instagram Reels and current social media trends. Knowledge of different video formats, aspect ratios and resolutions.
