Responsibilities
- Create clean, modern and user-friendly UI designs.
- Understand project requirements and convert them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain reusable design components.
- Work with typography, spacing, layout, colors and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers.
- Review implemented designs and suggest UI improvements.
- Conduct basic usability analysis and improve user experience.
- Prepare design assets and documentation when required.
- Maintain consistency across different screens and products.
- Contribute to real-world internal or client-oriented projects under appropriate supervision.
Requirements:
Eligibility:
- We are looking for creative, motivated and detail-oriented students and freshers who are interested in UI/UX design and want to gain practical experience by working on real-world digital products and applications.
- Students pursuing B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, M.Tech, B.Des, M.Des, B.Sc./M.Sc. or other relevant Computer Science, IT or Design programs are welcome to apply. Freshers and students with academic, personal or portfolio projects are encouraged.
Required Skills:
Candidates should have knowledge of some or most of the following:
- Figma
- UI Design
- UX Design
- Wireframing
- Prototyping
- User Flows
- Responsive Design
- Design Systems
- Typography
- Color Theory
- Layout and Visual Hierarchy
- Basic Usability Principles
Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design tools will be considered an advantage. Candidates do not need to know every tool listed above; students with strong design fundamentals, creative thinking and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

- Understanding of user flows and basic UX principles.
- Figma portfolio or relevant design projects, if available.

- Effective communication and collaboration with developers and other team members.
- Interest in solving real-world user experience problems.
Portfolio Requirement
Candidates are encouraged to provide a portfolio, Figma file, Behance profile, Dribbble profile or other examples of their design work. Portfolio may include: Website designs, Mobile application designs, Dashboard designs, Landing pages, Wireframes, Prototypes, Personal or academic projects. A portfolio is preferred but students without professional experience are also encouraged to apply if they have relevant academic or personal design work.

Selection Process
The selection process will generally include: Application → Portfolio/Profile Screening → Design Task (if required) → Interview → Final Selection. Candidates may be evaluated based on their portfolio, design fundamentals, creativity, problem-solving ability, communication and overall suitability for the internship.
