About Praman Network
Praman Network is an early-stage Web3 infrastructure project focused on building privacy-preserving identity infrastructure for the decentralized web.
We are looking for a highly proactive Founding Growth & Ecosystem Intern to work closely with the founding team and help build Praman's ecosystem from the ground up.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in Web3, startups, growth, partnerships, grants, PR, fundraising, pitching, and talent acquisition.
What You'll Work On
Web3 Growth & Ecosystem
- Research Web3 markets, protocols, communities, and emerging opportunities. - Identify strategies to grow Praman's developer and user ecosystem. - Track relevant trends and opportunities across the Web3 space.
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify potential partnerships with Web3 projects, protocols, communities, universities, and organizations. - Assist with outreach and relationship building. - Help develop partnership proposals and collaboration opportunities.
Grants & Funding
- Research relevant Web3 grants, accelerators, and funding programs. - Assist with preparing grant applications and proposals. - Track applications, deadlines, and follow-ups.
PR & Marketing
- Help build Praman's presence across X, LinkedIn, Web3 communities, and other relevant platforms. - Assist with launch campaigns, announcements, and community outreach. - Help communicate Praman's product, vision, and mission effectively.
Pitching & Fundraising
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, presentations, and fundraising materials. - Research potential investors, accelerators, and ecosystem programs. - Help communicate Praman's vision to potential partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Hiring & Talent
- Help identify and source developers, contributors, community members, and other early-stage talent. - Assist with outreach, screening, and maintaining a talent pipeline. - Help build the early Praman team and contributor ecosystem.
Startup Strategy
- Research competitors, markets, and potential use cases. - Contribute ideas for growth and go-to-market strategy. - Work directly with the founding team on high-impact initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in Web3, blockchain, and early-stage startups. - Understands or is eager to learn about the Web3 market and ecosystem. - Is interested in growth, partnerships, grants, PR, fundraising, pitching, or hiring. - Has strong communication, research, and writing skills. - Is comfortable reaching out to founders, developers, communities, and organizations. - Is proactive, curious, and willing to take ownership. - Can work independently in a fast-moving startup environment. - Is excited about building something from an early stage. - Prior professional experience is not mandatory — initiative, curiosity, and execution matter more.

Compensation
- This is currently an unpaid founding internship.
- The role includes the non-cash benefits and potential token/grant-linked incentives mentioned above.
